These inserts are made from 3 thirsty layers of chemical free, very absorbant microterry / micofiber. The inserts are specially contoured to fit the Happy Heinys pocket diaper.  However they do work well with other pocket diapers.  You can use 1 insert for daytime, and 2 for night time or heavy wetters. For an extra boost, use with a Happy Heinys Hemp Stuffin.

SIZING:

SM inserts are 12 inches long and fit best in small Happy Heinys.
